Responsibilties:

• To assist with querying of data from Google BigQuery and building of dashboards tracking key HR metrics on the data visualisation platform, Tableau.
• To assist with the building our attrition predictor model on Python and the exploration of other possible machine learning models in the HR context.

Requirements: 

• Experience with Tableau or other similar dashboarding tools
• Proven experience in building predictive models on Python
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Ability to handle substantial volumes of data
